page turner for the most part.


Im really looking forward to our group reads and my huge and huger TBR stack, growing daily.  Death of a Cozy Writer arrived yesterday and of course I had to
put Bottom of the Pie on hold among others.

			<description><![CDATA[ Monica, I took one of those speed-reading courses way back when and can tell you it doesn&#39;t help -- when you&#39;re reading fiction half the fun is the
journey and speed reading wipes that out.

I must admit I would have enjoyed just about anything after not being able to read anything during the last few months. I just finished <em>The 19th Wife</em>.

recommendation and read Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie and liked it as much as we did (Curtski and I that is). I&#39;m so delighted that others are
enjoying it because it&#39;s definitely on our top notch list for the season if not the year! Loved it and will buy more and will look forward to more of

I finally gave in to its popularity and started The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and almost put it down but then the girl with the tattoo was introduced and I
got much more interested. All the financial stuff in the beginning was putting me to sleep--handled much better in Stone&#39;s Fall, I thought. Everyone seems
to have loved this book, so I&#39;m seriously hoping I will too. ]]></description>

I&#39;d say it&#39;s safe. The girl is eleven, with two older sisters, and they all delight in tormenting each other. There&#39;s interest for boys too in that
part of the setting is a boys school. Can you tell I liked it? ]]></description>
