Jenn, here it was on late, after the Memorial Day concert. Hope you catch it. I agree Betsy, amazing acting, esp. towards the end.
Anyone see Breaking Bad tonight? Wow, what an ending. Just caught a bit of the preview of the new Ken Burns documentary on the US National Parks and saw Nevada Barr! Guess he really covered the gamut of people to film. Fun. I'm sure it'll be gorgeous.

Jenn, no Wallander here last night either. I think they skipped it for the holiday weekend and some Memorial Day concert in DC. I checked our local pbs website
and the third episode will air next week on Sunday, 5/31.

I was with my mother in law for part of my weekend and she loves Westerns! It's pretty cute, she is 84, a tiny little bird of a women but loves those
Westerns. Did you know you can watch them almost 24 hours a day? I sure didn't, LOL IT was fun to see all those people from the 50's Gene Autry,
Bonanza, Gunsmoke.....

PBee, funny you should mention old Westerns. I flipped to see what was on the TMC all movies all the time channel and it was a young GENE AUTRY, with Andy
Devine and his wonderful gravelly voice. That was my Saturday morning fare as a little girl, Lone Ranger, Hopalong Cassidy, etc. Who am I forgetting? Not Roy
Rogers, but someone else.

I adored Sky King and also the Westerns! Many of them (Rio Bravo, Hombre and about 100 more) were filmed here in "Old Tucson", movie studios. The
original group of buildings, built in 1939 for the movie "Arizona" burned down years ago and the place was rebuilt.

Is anyone into So You Think You Can Dance? I think it is my favorite reality show because the se dancers are for real. This season looks to be the best so

Anyone familiar with the HBO show called "True Blood"?
My dd uses my library card # to put things on hold which can be nice because I can see what she has on hold. Today I see she's asked for the DVDs of that show. It's described as: Chronicles the backwoods Louisiana town of Bon Temps, where vampires have emerged from the coffin and no longer need humans for their fix. I'm wondering how violent or sexual it is. Help! :) Thanks.

Thanks Jill, with an MA rating I'll have a chat with my dd and then cancel the requests. Our library didn't have the rating on the description of the
show. At least, not that I saw. She sees previews or hears about things then puts them on hold, and usually doesn't have a clue as to what they're
like. (Hey, kind of like how I am with books.) I remember one movie she put on hold, the trailer sounded like a romantic comedy, the back of the case read like
one too, however....within the first 5 minutes of watching the f-word was used about 7 times and I hopped up and hit stop and eject. My ds said, "I
wondered why it took you so long to do that." LOL
